Sometimes the Most Frustrating Part of Writing Commentary, on any Subject, is seeing the Desperation by which Those who have had Their Opinions or Conclusions shown to be Incorrect or Mistaken, Try to Produce New Arguments to Salvage the Ill- Conceived Judgments.
It could be Simple Pride or Hubris, Misplaced Loyalty, or even a Lack of Knowledge or Information. Perhaps we can understand These Motivations, but in other cases the Reasons are Less Clear, and Hint at a Desire to Throw Logic and Critical Thinking out Completely. RIGHTS, can still Invoke Strong Feelings and Negative Reactions in People who forget or Ignore the REASONING THAT LED TO THEIR DEFINITION AND CREATION. THIS CAN LEAD TO
MISAPPLYING THEM IN REAL LIFE SITUATIONS, WHICH MAY RESULT IN CATASTROPHIC
CONSEQUENCES THAT END UP BENEFITING NO ONE.
